摘  要:针对舰载输弹装置的液压系统执行元件动作异常的问题,采用面向对象的建模方法,在AMESim中建立了其液压系统仿真模型,仿真油缸泄漏和系统压力偏低时不同故障下的油缸位移曲线;详细研究了负载扰动对垂直输送马达工作的影响;提出通过测马达转速来确定垂直输送装置中弹托具体位置的方法,得到弹托位移曲线。分析结果为输弹装置状态监测和液压系统故障诊断提供依据。Aiming at the problem of abnormal operation of the hydraulic system of the ship-borne loader,the model of the hydraulic system was established in AMESim,and the cylinder displacement under different faults was simulated when the fuel leakage and the system pressure were low.The influence of load disturbance on the working of vertical conveying motor was studied in detail.The method of determining the specific position of the vertical conveyor was proposed by measuring the rotational speed of the motor.The displacement curve was obtained.The analysis results provide basis for loader condition monitoring and hydraulic system fault Diagnosis.
