摘  要:针对汽车发动机压装过程中压装机工作状态缺乏有效监测的情况,使用C++语言开发一套汽车发动机压装机健康监测系统软件。此系统软件中采用频谱分析、功率谱估计和模态分析等方法对采集到的振动信号进行分析,得到振动信号的幅值谱、功率谱和模态参数列表,实现对压装机工作状态和结构特性的监测。在减速箱实验平台上对系统进行测试,结果显示:此系统能监测减速箱的振动状况,能准确辨别典型故障的频率成分。For the situation that effective monitoring was lacked for the working conditions of automobile engine pressing machine,a set of health monitoring system software was developed by using C++language.In this system,the acquired vibration signal was analyzed by using frequency spectrum analysis,power spectrum estimation and modal analysis methods.The amplitude spectrum,power spectrum and modal parameter list of the vibration signal were obtained to monitor the working status and structure features of the pressing machine.After testing the system on a gearbox experiment platform,the result shows that the system can be used to monitor the vibration conditions of gearbox and to identify the frequency components of typical fault accurately.
