摘 要:针对传统桥式功率因数校正(PFC)变换器存在二极管整流桥导致开通损耗大、效率低且只能升压的特点,提出了一种高功率因数无桥Cuk PFC变换器拓扑。该拓扑由共用输入的2个Cuk变换器并联实现无桥;在该PFC变换器中引入填谷电路,使中间电容的容值和耐压值均减小为原来的一半,从而用薄膜电容代替原来的电解电容。无桥Cuk PFC变换器不仅消除了二极管整流桥,减少了输入电流流经半导体元件的数量,而且输入电流连续,具有良好的抗干扰性能。对断续导通模式(DCM)的无桥Cuk PFC变换器工作原理和工作特性进行了详细分析,仿真和实验结果验证了所提拓扑的可行性和有效性。The traditional power factor correction(PFC)converter employs a diode rectifier circuit to achieve AC-DC conversion,which increases the conduction loss,makes the efficiency lower and only fea tures witli output voltage step-up.A high power factor bridgeless Cuk PFC converter is proposed and analyzed in this paper.It combined two Cuk converters of tlieir input port witli the function of step-up/down.It inserted the valley-fill circuit to halve the voltage and capacitance of tiie capacitor and substitute elec trolytic capacitor for polypropylene.The bridgeless Cuk PFC converter not only eliminated the diode rectifier,and reduced the number of current flowing through the semiconductor,but also had continuous current and a good performance of anti-interference.Detailed analysis of t!ie converter operated in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM)was presented.The correctness and practicability of this method are verified by simulation and prototype experiment.
