摘 要:矛盾解法是萃智(TRIZ)理论解决工程实际问题行之有效的方法之一,利用矛盾解法的前提是明确系统的问题。面对一个复杂的系统,快速准确地分析出关键问题具有一定的难度。情景分解法通过将一个复杂的场景理性地、完整地分解成各个情节,明确了问题存在的关键环节。建立基于矛盾解法和情景分解法创新设计模型,可以保证传统设计过程中问题分析的准确性,缩短问题分析时间,提高设计效率,为设计者提供了一种新的设计思路。最后,由换刀机械手概念出发,采用情景分解法归纳整理出当前换刀机械手系统存在的问题,通过TRIZ理论将问题泛化为标准工程参数,建立矛盾矩阵得出发明原理,实现创新设计,验证了模型的可行性。Contradiction solution is one of the effective ways to solve practical engineering problems by TRIZ theory.The premise of using contradiction solution is to clarify the problem of system.Facing a complex system,it is difficult to analyze key problems quickly and accurately.Scenario decomposition is the key to the existence of a problem by decomposing a complex scene into various plots in a rational and complete way.The innovation design model based on the contradiction solution and the situation decomposition method can guarantee the accuracy of the problem analysis in the traditional design process,shorten the time of the problem analysis,improve the design efficiency,and provide a new design idea for the designer.Finally,based on the concept of tool changing manipulator,the existing problems of the current cutter manipulator system are summed up by the scenario decomposition method.Through the TRIZ theory,the problem is generalized into the standard engineering parameters,and the contradiction matrix is set up to get the invention principle,and the innovation design is realized,and the feasibility of the model is verified.
