摘 要:为了降低车削颤振导致的危害,针对CA6140的实际特点,设计并安装了基于磁流变效应和动力减振原理的减振装置,建立了切削系统的动力学模型,推导出车削主振系统和减振装置的幅频响应函数。利用Matlab对磁流变动力减振装置作用下的车削系统进行数值仿真,得出磁流变效应引起的减振装置的刚度、阻尼对减振效果的影响规律。对减振装置的调频特性进行了研究,分析出减振装置的质量、磁流变效应引起的刚度和阻尼对车削系统共振频率差的影响规律,从而有效地避开共振,指导实际加工。In order to reduce the harm caused by turning chatter,and concerned with the actual characteristics of CA6140,in this paper,a vibration damping device based on magnetorheological(MR)effect and dynamic damping principle was designed and installed.Meanwhile,the dynamic model of cutting system was established and the amplitude frequency response functions of main vibration system and damping device were derived.The numerical simulation of turning system under the action of MR dynamic vibration damping device was carried out via Matlab.The influence law of stiffness and damping caused by MR effect on vibration reduction was obtained.Then the frequency modulation characteristics of vibration damping device were studied.The influence of the quality of the device and the stiffness and the damping caused by the MR effect on the difference between the resonant frequencies of the turning system was analyzed,so as to avoid resonance and guide the machining effectively.
