摘 要:外载频率直接决定了机械结构的动刚度,随着外载频率的变化,系统动刚度有很大的变化。通过对动刚度的深入解析,提出提高机械结构动刚度的方法,解构详细设计阶段应重点考虑系统的固有频率,首先固有频率应避开主要的外载荷频率,避免共振现象发生;其次,应增大结构阻尼或施加阻尼减振措施,在满足静态精度前提下,使频率比保持在1. 414以上为佳。针对铺丝机的动态优化,提出了8种立柱布筋方案,通过比较各结构的变形、固有频率、静刚度、刚质比和动刚度参数,确定了立柱的斜筋布局方案,从静刚度、动刚度和可制造性综合考虑,得到了最可行的结构方案。The external load frequency directly determines the dynamic stiffness of the machanical structure,with the load frequency changes,the system dynamic stiffness has greatly changed.Through the analysis of the dynamic stiffness,the method of improving the dynamic stiffness of the mechanical structure is put forword.The detailed design stage of the structure should focus on the natural frequency of the system.First the natural frequency should avoid the main external load frequency and avoid the resonance phenomenon.Large structure damping measures aplied to meet the premise of static accuracy,the frequency ratio to maintain more than 1.414 is better.In order to solve the dynamic optimization of the laying machine,eight kinds of column barburst schemes are proposed.By comparing the deformation,natural frequency,static stiffness,rigid ratio and dynamic stiffness parameters of each structure,Dynamic stiffness and manufacturability are considered,and the most feasible structural scheme is obtained.
