摘　　要：美国伊利诺伊州图书馆法历史悠久、体系科学、内容完善,在美国图书馆法中占据重要地位,同时也是伊利诺伊州图书馆事业发展的保障。其中,《州图书馆法》《伊利诺伊州地方图书馆法》《伊利诺伊州图书馆系统法》《服务公众3.0:伊利诺伊州公共图书馆标准》构成了图书馆法律体系的主体。这些法案或标准具体详细,可操作性强,不断修订,与时俱进,值得国内图书馆界借鉴学习。Illinois library laws have a long history and complete organised structure.The statutes have been the guarantee of Illinois library development and have an essential role in America library law.State Library Act,Illinois Local Library,Act Illinois Library System Act and Serving our Public3.0:standards for Illinois Public Libraries constitute the main body of the library legal system.These laws or standards are detailed,operable,regularly revised and updated with The Times,which are worth learning from domestic peers.
