摘 要:设计了一种新型的伺服软索智能提升装置。该装置机械结构的创新设计延长钢丝绳使用寿命,且装置整体轮廓为方形,控制系统的创新设计实现无极调速,精确定位,快速响应,缓起缓停,称重显示等功能。首先运用三维建模对装置进行结构设计,并基于ADAMS对钢丝绳沿卷筒绳槽缠绕的运动过程进行仿真研究,结合Workbench对卷筒和齿轮传动进行校核,设计控制系统中AD、DA模块,单片机最小系统的硬件电路,最后通过实际试验验证装置设计的合理性与可靠性。A new type of intelligent lifting device for servo soft rope was designed.The innovative design of the mechanical structure of the device prolongs the service life of the steel wire rope,makes the outer contour of the device square,the innovative design of the control system realizes the functions of stepless speed regulation,accurate positioning,quick response,slow start and slow stop,weighing display and the like.Firstly,the structure of the device was designed by using three-dimensional modeling.based on ADAMS,the motion process of the steel wire rope winding along the winding drum rope groove was simulated and analyzed.combining with Workbench,the drum and gear transmission were checked.the AD and DA modules in the control system and the hardware circuit of the single-chip microcomputer minimum system were designed.Finally,the rationality and reliability of the device design were verified through actual experiments.
