摘  要:柜内铜母线载流量的确定和母线规格的选择是低压开关柜设计和制造的重要环节,是设备安全运行的重要保障。但目前国内没有明确的标准,影响载流量的因素又比较多,铜母线规格选择相对困难且没有说服力。本文通过对导体温度和柜内环境温度的定性、定量分析,确定导体温度,并预设导体环境温度,修正通用载流量数据;然后按照标准推荐方法进行验算;从而获得符合低压开关柜使用环境的铜母线载流量数据,为低压开关柜铜母线载流量的计算和母线规格选型提供了一种新的思路。The determination of current-carrying capacity of copper busbar in the cabinet and the selection of busbar specifications are not only an important part of the design and manufacture of the low voltage switchgear cabinet,but also a significant guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment.However,there is no clear standard in China at present,because of the existence of lots of factors affecting the load flow and the specification selection of copper bus is relatively difficult and unconvincing.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the conductor temperature and the ambient temperature in the cabinet,the conductor temperature is determined,and the conductor ambient temperature is preset to correct the general carrier discharge data in this paper.Then checking the calculation according to the standard recommendation method.In this way,the load capacity data of copper busbar which are suitable for low voltage switchgear in the using environment are obtained,meanwhile provides a new idea for the calculation of load flow of copper busbar of low voltage switchgear and the selection of busbar specifications.
