摘 要:2016年10月,云南省昆明市某规模化猪场饲养的妊娠后期母猪频繁发生急性死亡,为了尽快确诊,采集病死猪及胎儿内脏组织病料进行PCR及real-time PCR检测,同时进行病毒及细菌分离培养鉴定。结果显示,从病死猪肺脏组织分离获得1株猪红斑丹毒丝菌,其16S rRNA序列与NCBI GenBank中的猪红斑丹毒丝菌参考菌株Fujisawa(登录号:NZ_015601.1)、GXBY-1(登录号:NZ_CP014861.1)、KG-BB1(登录号:AB055909.1)、KG-BB2(登录号:AB055910.1)、SY1027(登录号:NZ_021354.1)、WH13013(登录号:NZ_CP017116.1)的16SrRNA序列相似性达96.3%以上。该分离菌株对青霉素、红霉素、阿莫西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、原始霉素、苯唑西林、泰落星、头孢噻吩、头孢哌酮、呋喃妥因敏感,对林可霉素、多粘菌素E、复方新诺明、链霉素、磺胺甲恶唑、大观霉素、氟甲喹、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、衣氟沙星、奥索利酸、安普霉素、夫西地酸、氯霉素、四环素、利福平、多西环素、甲硝唑耐药。本研究结果为该疫情的预防治疗提供了科学参考。In October,2016,acute deaths frequently occurred among pregnant sows on a large scale pig farm in Kunming,Yunnan province.Tissue samples from dead sows and aborted fetuses were collected for isolation of CSFV,PRRSV,PPV,PRV,JEV,Chlamydia psittaci,Toxoplasma gondii,Pasteurella multocida and detection by conventional PCR or real time PCR assays.As a result,one strain of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae designated as ynkmyzs-2016 was isolated from dead sow lungs but none of CSFV,PRRSV,PPV,PRV,JEV,Chlamydia psittaci,Toxoplasma gondii and Pasteurella multocida were detected.The 16S rRNA sequence of this strain had 96.3%identity to that of the reference strains Fujisawa(Accession No.NZ_015601.1),GXBY-1(Accession No.NZ_CP014861.1),KG-BB1(Accession No.AB055909.1),KG-BB2(Accession No.AB055910.1v,SY1027(Accession No.NZ_021354.1)and WH13013(Accession No.NZ_CP017116.1)The drug test showed that this strain was susceptible to penicillin,erythromycin,amoxicillin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,mycophenolate,oxacillin,sulbactam,cefoxitin and cefoperazone and furantoin but resistant to lincomycin,polymyxin E,compound sulfamethoxazole,streptomycin,sulfamethoxazole,spectinomycin,flumequine,kanamycin,gentamicin,levofloxacin clothing,oxolinic acid,apramycin,fusidic acid,chloramphenicol,tetracycline,rifampin,doxycycline and metronidazole.
