摘  要:本文分析了智能变电站单装置测试及整组测试中存在的问题。针对跨间隔测试信息检查不够全面、自动化程度不高、有效性不足等问题,对利用数字化保护测试进行跨间隔联合测试方法进行了分析,包括跨间隔回传测试、跨间隔多测试仪联合测试、跨间隔多测试仪协调测试、多测试仪故障回放测试等方法。比较了这些方法的优缺点。针对跨间隔回传测试方法,开发了基于制造报文通信规范MMS通信的跨间隔自动测试模块,并成功集成到数字化保护测试仪中,应用于工程现场获得成功。In this paper,the problems existing in the testing of single-devices and the whole set in a smart substation are analyzed.In view of the problems such as lack of cross-interval test information,lower automation degree,and lower effectiveness,cross-interval joint test method is analyzed using digital protection test.Specifically,cross-interval return test,cross-interval joint test with multiple test instruments,cross-interval coordination test with multiple test instruments,and fault playback test with multiple test instruments are included.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared.In the case of the cross-interval return test method,a cross-interval automatic test module is developed based on manufacturing message specification(MMS)communication,and it is successfully integrated into the digital protection test instrument.In addition,one of its engineering applications in practice was also successful.
