摘 要:针对大型船需乘潮进出港的连续泊位,为提高集装箱码头运作效率和客户满意度,将泊位分配、岸桥分配和岸桥调度集成为一体。以计划期内所有抵港船舶的泊位偏移成本、岸桥移动成本与滞期成本之和最少为目标,侧重大船需乘潮进出港和岸桥作业时不可跨越和保持安全距离等现实约束,构建泊位分配—岸桥分配主模型、岸桥调度子模型,并设计了三阶段的混合遗传算法用于求解。算例结果给出了每艘船舶的靠泊泊位和占用时刻,以及每个岸桥的动态作业时间窗,并通过与单独优化的方案对比,验证了集成方案的有效性。Aiming at the continuous berth for entering or leaving of large vessels during high tide period,to improve the operation efficiency and the customer satisfaction of container terminal,the continuous berth allocation,quay crane assignment and quay crane scheduling were integrated.By taking account of quay cranes no-leap and safety margin constraints,the sum cost of berth offset,quay crane moving and demurrage was minimized as the objective.Then a main model of berth allocation-quay assignment and two sub-model of quay crane scheduling were built.A three-stage hybrid genetic algorithm was proposed to solve the model.A computational study showed that the algorithm could figure out each vessel s berth location and berth time,along with each quay crane s operation time window.The effectiveness of the integrated solution was verified by contrast with the individual optimization.
