摘　　要：介绍了涤棉混纺织物卷染一浴法加工工艺,并与传统二浴法工艺进行了对比。通过对分散/直接染料与分散/活性染料组合的合理筛选可以实现涤、棉卷染一浴法染色,并可获得与传统两步法相仿的颜色及牢度。结果表明:对于涤棉混纺织物的印染加工,相较于传统两步法,卷染一浴法技术可缩短工时约8 h,效率提高40%～50%。The jig dyeing process of polyester-cotton blended fabric in oen bath was introduced and comparedwith the traditional two bath dyeing and finishing process.It's found hatt the light shade and color fastness of polyester-cotto n blended fabric dyed with combination dyes of disperse dyes anddi rect dyes in one-bath jig dyeing process are similar to the traditional two-step dyeing method.The dark shade and dyenig fastness of obtained polyester-cotton blended fabri c is consistent with the traditional two-step method using the mcboination dyes of disperse dyes and reactive dyes in onebath jig dyeing with atmospheric pressure carrier.In additio n,the results also show that the one-bath jig dyeing proce ss can shorten the working time by about 8 hours and increase theef ficiency by 40%~50%,comparing with the traditional two-step process.
