摘  要:针对传统民居与村镇建筑抗震性能差,震害严重的现象,以及目前低成本的抗震节能技术的研发需求,对此类建筑进行抗震修复加固是有必要的。提出的修复加固措施是首先在墙体裂缝中注入泥浆以修复房屋部分损伤,再用钢丝网水泥砂浆双面加固纵横墙连接处,增强房屋的整体性。对1∶2缩尺素土坯房屋进行静力推覆试验,然后用泥浆修复裂缝,并用钢丝网水泥砂浆加固,基于改进能力谱对房屋进行抗震评估。结果表明:此修复加固措施可以恢复土坯房屋一定的刚度和承载能力,增强纵横墙体的连接,是一种有效的加固措施,在总体上满足抗震设防目标。Because of the poor seismic performance of traditional residential buildings in villages and towns,the most serious damage occurred in earthquake.And because of the needs of current low-cost seismic energy-saving technology,it is necessary to carry out seismic repair and reinforcement of such buildings.The repair and reinforcement measures proposed in this study are as follows.First mud is injected into the wall cracks to repair the damaged parts of the house,then cement mortar is inject steel wire mesh to strengthen the joint of the vertical and horizontal wall to enhance the integrity of the house.The research uses 1∶2 shrinkage adobe house to do foot pushover test,and then uses the mud repair cracks,and reinforced with steel mesh mortar.The curing test indicates that this repair and strengthening measures can restore the stiffness and bearing capacity of the soil billet house,strengthen the connection of the transverse wall.Hence,it is an effective reinforcement measure to meet the target of seismic fortification in general.
