摘 要:为了提高非隔离型单相光伏并网逆变器的效率和减少漏电流,提出一种基于H6桥的非隔离型单相光伏并网逆变器的零电压转换技术。改变了传统的硬开关方式,引入了软开关技术,在高频主开关的直流旁路增加零电压转换电路,通过增加的辅助开关、谐振电容和谐振电感实现高频主开关的零电压的关断和开通。在仿真软件PSIM中搭建仿真实验模型,结果表明零电压转换H6桥的非隔离型单相光伏并网逆变器能够有效的降低开关损耗,提高逆变器效率而且保持了更低的漏电流。In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the leakage current of non-isolated single-phase PV grid-connected inverter,a soft switching technique,called zero-voltage-transition,is proposed in this paper based on H6 type transformer less single-phase PV grid-connected inverter.The zero-voltage-transition changes the traditional way of hard switching into soft switching technology,can achieve zero-voltage turn off for main switches by auxiliary switch increased.The simulation model is built in the simulation software PSIM,and simulation results show that a PV grid-connected inverter with zero-voltage-transition H6 type transformer can effectively improve the efficiency of circuit and keep the lower leakage current.
