全开放工程训练教学模式的探索与创新

摘　　要：工程训练对培养大学生的实践创新能力具有重大作用,已逐渐得到各大高校重视,但传统的工程训练模式已不能满足当代复合型工程技术人才的培养需求。为了充分挖掘学生在创新创造能力方面的潜力,探索工程训练实践教学新模式,通过分析现有工程训练的局限性和不足,在充分利用现有资源的基础上,充分利用当今网络科技手段建立新型师生交流模式,提出了全开放实践教学模式;并深入分析和讨论了其内容与意义,得出了以教学理念、过程、内容、空间、手段、评价开放性为主体的新型教学模式。全开放实践教学模式在"机械手工作品设计与制造"课程应用中取得了很好的实践效果,对大学生工程素养的培养和创新意识与能力的提升具有重要的推动作用。Engineering training plays an important role in cultivating college students'ability of practice and innovation,and has gradually been taken seriously by universities and colleges.However,the traditional engineering training mode cannot meet the needs of contemporary compound engineering and technical personnel training.In order to fully tap the potential of students in innovation and creativity,and explore the new model of engineering practice teaching practice,through the analysis of the limitations and deficiencies of existing engineering training,this paper makes full use of existing resources,based on the full use of today's network technology,to establish a new mode of engineering training.The mode of communication between teachers and students is put forward,and the practice teaching mode of full openness is put forward.The content and meaning of the teaching mode are discussed in depth.The new teaching mode mainly consists of teaching concept,process,content,space,means and evaluation openness.The practice model of full open practice has achieved good practical results in the application of the course"Mechanical Hand Work Design and Manufacture",and plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of college students'engineering literacy and their innovative awareness and ability.
