摘 要:为了探讨不同种植年限土壤添加生物炭对设施黄瓜根际土壤真菌丰度及黄瓜生长的影响,通过设置连作20 a(年)蔬菜温室土壤、连作20 a蔬菜温室土壤添加生物炭、连作10 a蔬菜温室土壤、连作10 a蔬菜温室土壤添加生物炭、种植1 a蔬菜土壤及种植1 a蔬菜土壤添加生物炭共6个处理。结果表明,不同种植年限土壤经一定量的生物炭处理后,可不同程度提高黄瓜20~40 cm根层真菌丰度,提高黄瓜地上部分叶面积、叶绿素含量,增加地下部分根系数、根体积、根系活力及光合速率。综合分析认为,连续种植10 a蔬菜的土壤在添加生物炭处理优于其他处理,与对照相比,显著或极显著地提高黄瓜20~40 cm土壤真菌丰度,促进地上部分及地下部分生长。In order to investigate the effects of adding biochar to the soil of different planting ages on the fungal abundance and cucumber growth,6 treatments were set in this research,which were respectively 20 years vegetable greenhouse soil,20 years vegetable greenhouse soil added by biochar,10 years vegetable greenhouse soil,10 years vegetable greenhouse soil added by biochar,1 year vegetable greenhouse soil and 1 year vegetable greenhouse soil added by biochar.The results showed that the fungus abundance of 20-40 cm soils,the leaf area and chlorophyll content of cucumber,the partial root coefficient,root volume,root activity and photosynthetic rate were all increased after treated by a certain amount of biochar.Based on the comprehensive analysis,soil grown for 10 consecutive years was foundthe best biochar treatment effect,Compared with the control,the soil fungal abundance in 20-40 cm siol was significantly increased,and the growth of both aeril and underground parts were significantly improved.
