摘  要:为了探究不同类型西瓜种子萌发期的耐冷性和耐热性,选用了20份不同西瓜材料进行了萌发试验。结果显示,大部分西瓜种子在低温(20℃)下萌发5 d可达到最佳萌发状态,在高温(40℃)下4 d达到最佳萌发状态,与对照33℃(3 d)相比分别推迟2 d和1 d。分析萌发数据发现,四倍体种子在低温和高温下达到最佳萌发状态早于其他类型西瓜种子,且四倍体种子在低温和高温下的发芽率均与对照组差异不大,表明四倍体种子在萌发期较其他类型西瓜的耐冷性和耐热性更好。In order to explore the cool-tolerance and heat-tolerance of different types of watermelon seeds in the germination period,20 different varieties of watermelons were selected for germination experiment in different temperatures.The results showed that,most of the watermelon seed germination under low temperature(20℃)5 days can reach the best state of germination,under high temperature(40℃)4 days can reach the best state of germination,delay 2 days and 1 day respectively compared to 33℃(3 d).By analyzing the germination data,we found that tetraploid reach the best state of germination faster than all other types of watermelon seeds,and the germination rate of tetraploid seeds under the condition of low temperature and high temperature was slightly lower than that of control group,showed the tetraploid seeds had much better cool-tolerance and heat-tolerance than other types of watermelon at germination period.
