对大学生情商教育的误区及情商教育方法的探究

摘　　要：关于大学生情商教育的研究已经从重要性、现状分析阶段到了情商教育的方法论探讨阶段。本文研究发现,对情商的认识误区会导致情商教育的误区,对情商的内涵和外延的理解会影响情商教育的方法,进而提出了以"自我教育为主导—他人、团队及专业人士引导"的学习方法。The research on College Students'EQ education from the importance,present situation analysis stage to the method of EQ education theory study.This study found that the misunderstanding of EQ will lead to misunderstanding of EQ education method,understanding the influence of EQ Education in the denotation and connotation of EQ,and then put forward to self education as a learning method the leading and learning methods to others,teamand professional guidance.
