摘　　要：健康教育是当前预防艾滋病传播,提高人群健康素养的重要手段,其教育效果常以定量、定性和参与式方法为主进行评估。本文基于对云南省德宏州社区出租房流动人口艾滋病健康教育的评估结果,对健康教育效果评估的方法进行了探讨,认为健康教育的评估应充分考虑各类方法的优缺点,可以通过定量方法了解教育对象的健康知识水平变化,通过定性方法的使用关注健康教育带来的远期效果,评估方法和评估时间点的选择是准确反映健康教育活动效果的关键。Health education is one of the effective interventions to prevent HIV infection.Its effectiveness and impact are often evaluated by quantitative,qualitative and participatory methods.Based on the result of project evaluation for a community-based HIV/AIDS health education among migrants in Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province,this article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different methodologies.It is believed that the assessment of health education should be designed carefully with combined methods in line with advantages and disadvantage of various methods,and pay attention to the long-term impact of health education.Methods selection and timing are significant determinants to better reflect the impact of health education.
