基于专业联盟背景下“新能源科学与工程”专业创新人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济发展和市场对创新人才的需求,传统方式的人才培养凸显弊端。如何顺应时代发展,改革人才培养模式,成为地方高校教育改革的首要任务。吉林农业大学新能源科学与工程专业基于全国专业联盟教学平台,通过人才培养理念、专业模式、课程体系、教学制度、教学形式、评价方式及隐性课程等方面对人才培养模式进行了积极探索和研究,以期为地方新能源产业培养出创新人才。With social economy development and the market demand for innovative talents,disadvantages of personnel training is exposed to traditional way.It is a primary task in person training mode innovation for local colleges.Based on professional alliance teaching platform,personnel training mode has been actively explored,through the ideas of talents cultivation,professional model,curriculum system,teaching system,teaching form,evaluation mode and hidden curriculumto train innovative talents for local new energy industry.
