摘　　要：当前经管类大学生面临着严峻的就业形势。本文以长春理工大学为例,进行经管类大学生就业能力与社会需求匹配状况的调查研究,对数据分析做出客观的评价,提出相应的解决办法,以期改变现在经管类大学生就业的困境。At present,college students in economic management are facing a severe employment situation.Taking Changchun University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper conducts a survey and research on the matching of employment ability and social needs of college students in economic management,makes an objective evaluation of data analysis,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to change the employment dilemma of college students in economic management.
