摘　　要：在初高中教学模式下的学生进入大学后能否很好地适应大学生活与其班主任有着很大的关系。大学班主任应该扮演怎样的角色又该承担什么责任,本文就如何做好大学班主任为出发点开展了一系列问卷调查,对学生反馈信息的分析和总结将有助于提高班主任管理能力,构建和谐的班主任—学生关系。The teacher in charge of a class in university has a great impact on how soon a freshman can adapt well to university life.Based on series of questionnaire investigations,this article addresses what are the roles of the teacher in charge of a class should play and what responsibilities the teacher should take.We also proposed the strategies to improve the management skills for the teacher in charge of class in university and to construct harmonious relationship between the teachers in charge of classes and their students.
