摘　　要：校企合作办学最早出现在职业技术教育领域,但近年来,高等工程教育领域的校企合作开始逐渐成为人才培养的一种新型模式,将大大提高我国未来工程型人才的培养质量,但高等工程教育在校企合作中面临诸多难题,如办学目标、投入产出、深层次合作、可持续发展等。本文以福州大学紫金矿业学院在实施"紫金模式"合作办学过程中的持续改进为素材,分析了校企合作机制中存在的主要问题,提出了校企合作中不同层级的概念,明确了不同层级的地位和作用,为参与高等工程教育相关的高校和企业提供了有益的借鉴。The cooperation of school and enterprise has appeared earlier in the field of vocational and technical education.However,in recent years,the cooperation of university and enterprise in the field of high engineering education has gradually become a new model of talent training.The new model will greatly improve the quality of the engineering talents training in the future,but there are many difficulties in the cooperation of high engineering education,such as the goal of running a school,input and output,deep cooperation and sustainable development.Based on the continuous improvement of"Zijin Mode"of Zijin School of Mines,Fuzhou University,the main problems in the cooperation of school and enterprise is analyzed,the different levels of cooperation of school and enterprise are put forward,and the status and function of different levels are clarified,which will provide useful reference for universities and enterprises related to higher engineering education.
