摘　　要：按照国家教育发展规划的要求,结合现代高职教育发展的需要和高职学生的实际特点,以社会需求为导向,创新化工企业生产事故案例教学式设计理念和思路,制定了化工企业生产事故案例教学式改革与实践内容,通过教学模式的设计与创新,使学生在不断的学习中感受企业的文化,促进了学生职业素质的形成,淡化了学生毕业与就业的界限,为企业和社会培养符合国家职业标准和社会需求的高技能人才。According to the national education development planning requirements,combined with the actual needs and characteristics of Vocational College Students'development of modern vocational education,oriented to the needs of society,the innovation of chemical enterprise production accident case teaching design concepts and ideas,develop and practice of chemical enterprise production accident case teaching reform content,through the design and innovation of teaching mode,to make students feel the corporate culture in continuous learning,promote the formation of students'occupation quality,desalination limits students graduating with employment,training high skilled personnel in accordance with national occupation standard and the social demand for enterprises and society.
