摘 要:目的:了解遵义医学院大学生常见人体肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法:选择遵义医学院2015级本科生(716名)为调查对象,通过生理盐水直接涂片法、饱和盐水浮聚法及定量透明法三种常用粪便检查方法检测其粪便中寄生虫的虫卵。结果:通过生理盐水直接涂片法检测出蛔虫卵(未受精)及鞭虫卵,通过饱和盐水浮聚法检测出钩虫卵,利用定量透明法分别计数以上三种虫卵的显示,蛔虫卵(未受精)EPG为600,鞭虫卵EPG分别为24及48,钩虫卵EPG分别为120、168、264、312及360。结论:该群大学生常见寄生虫感染主要涉及蛔虫、鞭虫及钩虫,其中钩虫的检出率最高,这为指导大学生对人体肠道寄生虫感染进行有效防治提供了参考。Objective:to understand the prevalence of intestinal parasite infection in students of Zunyi medical College.Methods:choose 716 students of grade 2015 in Zunyi medical College as survey object,method of direct smear,saturated saline floatation method and quantitative transparent method were used to test for their fresh fecal samples.Results:the unfertiled egg of A.lumbricoides and the eggs of T.trichiura were detected by direct smear method,the eggs of hookworm were detected by saturated saline floatation method,using the quantitative and transparent method to count the above three kinds of eggs,the results show,the EPG of A.lumbricoides unfertiled egg was 600,the EPG of T.trichiura eggs were 24 and 48,the EPG of hookworm eggs were 120,168,264,312 and 360.Conclusion:A.lumbricoides,T.trichiura and hookworm were detected,and the detection rate of hookworm was highest,which can provide a reference for the college students of effective prevention and treatment on the human intestinal parasite infection.
