苗药阿锐布对急性肝损伤小鼠脏器指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察苗药阿锐布对CCl_4致实验中毒小鼠脏器指数的影响。方法:将50只KM小鼠分为空白组、模型组、阿锐布低剂量组、阿锐布中剂量组及阿锐布高剂量组,每组10只。正常组和CCl_4模型组给予生理盐水,阿锐布低、中、高剂量组均按每天100 mg、200 mg、400 mg/20 ml·kg^(-1)灌胃给药,连续14 d。于末次给药2 h后,除正常组外,其余各组小鼠按20 ml/kg的剂量皮下注射0.3%CCl_4,16 h后分别取出肝脏、脾脏和肾脏等脏器,称湿重并计算脏器指数。结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠肝指数、脾指数均明显升高(P<0.01),肾指数明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,高剂量组肝指数显著降低(P<0.05),肾指数明显升高(P<0.05),高、中剂量组脾指数明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量阿锐布对四氯化碳致实验小鼠急性肝、肾损伤有保护作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Veronicastrum axillare on the organ index of mice poisoned by CCl 4.Methods:Fifty KM mice were divided into blank group,model group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group with 10 mice in each group.Normal group and CCl 4 model group were given normal saline.The low,middle and high dose groups were given 100 mg、200 mg、400 mg/20 ml·kg-1.Veronicastrum axillare respectively in everday for 14 days.Two hours after the last administration,mice in all groups except the normal group were diluted with 0.3%CCl 4 liquid paraffin and injected subcutaneously at a dose of 20ml/kg.The organs such as liver,spleen and kidney were taken out 16 hours after poisoning.They were called wet weight and the organ index was calculated.Results:Compared with the blank group,the liver index and spleen index in the model group were significantly higher(P<0.01)and the kidney index was significantly lower(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the liver index in the high dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the kidney index increased significantly(P<0.05),and the spleen index in the high and middle dose groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:High dose Veronicastrum axillare has protective effects on acute liver and kidney injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.
