开窍法治疗急性期缺血性中风病中经络型的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察开窍法治疗急性期缺血性中风病中经络型的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的200例中风病患者随机分为治疗组100例,对照组100例,2组在常规治疗的基础上加血塞通针0.4 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 m L静滴,每日1次。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服开窍丸。2组均2周为1个疗程。2组均在1个疗程后评价疗效。结果 2组神经缺损功能改善情况比较,治疗组优于对照组,(P<0.01),2组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),均有统计学意义。结论开窍法治疗急性期缺血性中风病中经络型具有较好临床疗效,无毒副作用,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of inducing resuscitation method in the treatment of meridians and collaterals in acute ischemic stroke.Methods Of the 200 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The 2 groups used the sessile drop method of panax notoginseng saponins 0.4g mixed with 0.9%Sodium Chloride injection 250ml based on the basis of routine treatment once a day.The treatment group was additionally treated with Kaiqiao pill on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The two groups were evaluated after a course of treatment.Results The improvement of neurological deficits in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of curative effects in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the results had statistical significance.Conclusion The inducing resuscitation method is effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,with no side effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
