摘　　要：肝病失眠在慢性肝病发病与治疗过程中极为常见,其病势缠绵,迁延难愈,且患者主观感受痛苦,对患者精神及生活易造成不良影响,从而阻碍肝病的治疗恢复。尹常健从事中医临床及教学30余年,对中医药防治常见肝脏疾病的诸多领域见解独到,对于肝病失眠的治疗亦是成效显著,经验颇丰。从以下几方面深入阐述了尹常健治疗肝病失眠的用药经验及学术思想:慢肝失眠的特点;治疗慢肝失眠的重要环节;慢肝失眠的主要证型;"急则治标"是治疗慢肝失眠的必要手段。Liver disease insomnia is very common in the pathogenesis and treatment of liver disease.It is easy to cause adverse effects on patients'normal life,and general treatment is difficult to achieve ideal curative effect.Professor Yin Changjian has been engaged in clinical practice and teaching for more than 30 years.He has unique views on many areas of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating common liver diseases,and is also effective in treating liver diseases and insomnia.The author from the following several aspects elaborated medication experience and academic thoughts of Professor Yin in treatment of liver disease:the clinical characteristics of insomnia,the important step in the treatment of liver disease insomnia,the main syndrome types of liver disease insomnia and"treating secondary symptoms for emergency"is a necessary means for treatment of liver disease insomnia.
