摘　　要：总结翟文生教授中西医结合治疗激素撤减过程中复发的小儿肾病综合征的经验,为临床治疗提供参考。据翟教授临床经验总结,中医认为阳气不足、瘀血阻滞是小儿肾病综合征反复的病机关键,临床上病情反复初期采用温补肾阳,活血化瘀之法,疾病后期从整体观念出发,注重养元固本,调补脏腑,同时在糖皮质激素撤减至小剂量维持阶段采用更小剂量匀速减量的方法,并以此为准绳,结合临床,取得了较好的疗效。This paper summarizes Professor Zhai Wensheng's experience in the treatment of recurrent pediatric nephrotic syndrome during the treatment of hormone withdrawal,and provides a reference for clinical treatment.According to the clinical experience of Professor Zhai,traditional Chinese medicine believes that yang deficiency and blood stasis is the key to the repeated pathogenesis of pediatric nephrotic syndrome.In the clinical stage,the method of warming kidney and yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is adopted in the early stage of the disease.The disease is based on the overall concept,paying attention to nourishing the body and fixing the viscera,and adopting smaller dose uniformity during the withdrawal of glucocorticoids to the small dose maintenance stage.The method of reduction,and taking this as the criterion,combined with clinical,has achieved good results.
