摘　　要：目的观察中药夏至草乙醇提取物对人结肠癌HCT-116细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法采用CCK-8法测定细胞增殖的抑制率,并采用流式细胞仪定量检测夏至草提取物诱导HCT-116细胞凋亡率。结果不同浓度的夏至草乙醇提取物溶液对人结肠癌HCT-116细胞增殖有抑制作用,且在一定的剂量范围内其抑制率具有剂量依赖性,浓度1500μg/m L的夏至草乙醇提取物溶液对人结肠癌HCT-116细胞具有显著抑制效应(P<0.01)。夏至草乙醇提取物对人结肠癌HCT-116细胞凋亡率高于对照组,但组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论夏至草乙醇提取物能抑制人结肠癌HCT-116细胞增殖,并具有剂量浓度依赖性,但促细胞凋亡作用不明显。Objective To observe the effect of Lagopsis Supina ethanol extract on the proliferation and apoptosis of HCT-116 cells.Methods CCK-8 was adopted to detect the inhibition rate;and the apoptosis rate of HCT-116 Cells inducted by Lagopsis Supina ethanol extract was detected by flow cytometry.Results different concentrations of Lagopsis Supina ethanol extract exerted inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HCT-116 cells dose-dependently in a certain dose range,and the concentration of 1500ug/ml of Lagopsis Supina ethanol extract had significant inhibitory effect on HCT-116 cells(P<0.01).The apotosis rate of HCT-116 cells was higher than that of control group,but there was no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lagopsis Supina ethanol extract can inhibit HCT-116 cell proliferation in concentration dependence,but there was no significant effect on the apoptosis.
