中药破壁饮片治疗下肢骨折术后的应用临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究中药破壁饮片在下肢骨折术后治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年5月收治的78例行下肢骨折术患者作为研究对象,抽取39例作为对照组,另根据配对原则抽取39例作为观察组。对照组采用甘露醇治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药破壁饮片治疗。对患者治疗效果等进行观察,记录患者不良反应发生,采用运动功能及生活活动功能力等评分指标对患者进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.87%(37/39),高于对照组治疗总有效率71.79%(28/39)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率2.56%(1/39),低于对照组不良反应发生率33.33%(13/39)(P<0.05);观察组治疗前各评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后,观察组运动功能及生活活动能力比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论中药破壁饮片在下肢骨折术后治疗中具有显著效果,并在减少不良反应发生的同时改善其运动功能及生活活动能力,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine granular pieces in the postoperative treatment of lower limb fracture.Methods 78 cases of lower extremity fracture treated in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects,39 cases were selected as the control group,and 39 cases were selected as observation group according to the matching principle.The patient's treatment effect was observed,the patient's adverse reaction was recorded,and the patients were judged by the score index of exercise function and living activity ability,and then the patients were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%(37/39),while the total effective rate of the control group was 71.79%(28/39),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.56%(1/39),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 33.33%(13/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation results of each scoring system showed that there was no difference in the scores before nursing in the observation group compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the motor function and activity of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine broken down decoction has significant effect in the treatment of lower limb fracture,and it can reduce the adverse reaction and improve its motor function and living activity.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
