热敏灸与电针治疗风寒湿型肩关节周围炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨热敏灸与电针治疗风寒湿型肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月—2018年3月我院收治的风寒湿型肩关节周围炎患者82例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各41例。研究组给予热敏灸治疗,对照组给予电针治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后VAS评分均明显下降、JOA评分明显上升(P<0.05);其中研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组、JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后肩关节活动度均明显改善(P<0.05);其中研究组内旋、外展、内收、前屈活动度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),外旋、后伸与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热敏灸与电针治疗风寒湿型肩关节周围炎均有较为满意的临床效果,但热敏灸临床治疗效果更为显著,能更有效降低患者疼痛程度、提高关节功能及活动度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion and electroacupuncture on rheumatism type shoulder periarthritis.Methods From April 2016 to March 2018,82 patients with rheumatism and periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,41 cases in each group.The study group was given heat sensitive moxibustion,while the control group was treated with electroacupuncture.The clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS in the 2 groups were obviously decreased and the JOA score increased significantly(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The activity of shoulder joint in the 2 groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the internal rotation,abduction,adduction and flexion of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the external rotation and the extension group(P>0.05).Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion and electroacupuncture have satisfactory clinical effects in the treatment of humid humid shoulder periarthritis,but the therapeutic effect of thermosensitive moxibustion is more significant.It can reduce the degree of pain and improve the function and activity of the joint.It is worthy of clinical application.
