摘　　要：咳喘六味合剂是治疗哮喘的院内制剂,其由麻黄、附子等六味药物组成,具有温阳抗寒、化痰平喘之功效。该合剂临床运用已有十几年的时间,对证属肾阳虚寒型哮喘疗效确切。本文就咳喘六味合剂及其组成的各味中药抗哮喘作用、机制研究作一综述。Kechuan Liuwei oral liquid is an in-hospital preparation for treating asthma.It consists of six Chinese herb such as ephedra and aconite and has the effect of warming yang,resisting cold and resolving sputum to relieve asthma.This preparation has been used for more than ten years in clinical application,and it is effective for the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency and cold type asthma.This article reviews the anti asthmatic effect and mechanism of Kechuan Liuwei oral liquid and its composition.
