摘 要:【目的】探讨危害松饵木的松褐天牛幼虫空间格局与垂直分布规律,为利用饵木进行松褐天牛虫情调查和防治提供理论指导。【方法】选择9个样地设置不同胸径的饵木对饵木内松褐天牛幼虫数量进行系统调查,应用6种聚集度指数、Iwao m*-m回归模型和Taylor幂法则分析测定松褐天牛幼虫及其种群的空间分布型;利用种群聚集均数分析聚集原因;系统调查松褐天牛幼虫在不同胸径和树高马尾松饵木上的分布规律。【结果】松饵木内松褐天牛幼虫的平均拥挤度m*>1,丛生指标I>0,聚块指数m*/m>1,Cassie指标Ca>0,扩散系数C>1,负二项分布指标K>0,表明松饵木内松褐天牛幼虫呈聚集分布;Blackith聚集均数λ>2,说明聚集是由成虫的产卵习性与松饵木形成的特殊环境综合作用的结果。松褐天牛幼虫种群个体间相互吸引,分布的基本成分为个体群(α>0,β>1);松褐天牛幼虫种群为聚集分布,且聚集度依赖于密度(lga>0,b>1)。【结论】饵木内松褐天牛幼虫呈聚集分布,聚集度依赖于密度;其聚集原因是成虫的产卵习性与环境因素综合作用的结果。【Objective】The study aimed to understand the spatial and vertical distribution pattern of Monochamus alternatus larvae on the bait-trees in Pinus massoniana forests to provide theoretical base for the pest population survey and control of M.alternatus using bait-trees.【Method】Nine plots were selected to set bait-trees with different diameter at breast height(DBH),and number of M.alternatus larvae on the bait-trees were systematically investigated.The spatial distribution pattern of M.alternatus larvae was determined by six aggregation indexes,Iwao m*-m regression equation and Taylor’s power law,the assembling reasons were analyzed by using aggregation averages;additionally,the distribution regulation of M.alternatus larvae on the bait-trees of different DBH and heights were systematically investigated.【Result】Aggregation index test showed that mean crowding degree m*>1,clumping index I>0,patchiness index m*/m>1,Cassie index Ca>0,diffusion coefficient C>1,negative binomial distribution K>0,so M.alternatus larvae in the pine baittrees presented pattern of aggregation distribution.Blackith aggregation meanλ>2,indicating that the aggregation might be caused by the combined actions of the oviposition habit of the adults and the special environmental factors formed by the bait-trees.The M.alternatus larvae were mutually attracted among individuals,and the individual groups were the basic components(α>0,β>1).The M.alternatus larvae population tended to exhibit aggregated distribution in pine forests,and the aggregation was depended on the density(lga>0,b>1).【Conclusion】The spatial patterns of M.alternatus larvae on the bait-trees is aggregation distribution in the pine forests.The aggregation dependeds on the density and is caused by the combined actions of the oviposition habit of the adults and the special environmental factors mainly formed by the baittrees.
