摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的日益严重,老年群体的长期护理需求逐渐增加,长期护理保险的试行引起社会广泛的关注。文章对南京市社区老年居民进行问卷调查,针对南京市老年居民对长期护理保险的认知及参保意愿情况进行调查,实证分析影响老年居民参加长期护理保险意愿的因素。研究发现,调查对象对于长期护理保险认知度不高,参保意愿不高。性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、认知水平、信任程度、护理机构的入住意愿对长期护理保险的参保意愿有显著影响。因此,提高制度的认知度,完善相关法律制度,合理设置筹资机制,加强专业护理人员的培养已成为推进长期护理保险制度的重要途径。With the increasing aging of the population,the long-term care needs of the elderly group gradually increased,long-term care insurance caused widespread concern.This paper investigates the cognitive of long-term care insurance and the participating willingness of the elderly residents in Nanjing,and analyzes the factors that affect the willingness of the elderly residents to participate in the long-term care insurance.The cognition of long-term care insurance of the respondents were not high,and they were less willing to participate in the insurance.Gender,educational level,marital status,cognitive level,degree of trust,willingness to stay in nursing institution have significant influence on the participating willingness.Therefore,arising the awareness of the system,perfecting the relevant legal system,improving the financing mechanisms and strengthening the cultivation of professional nursing staff should become the vital approaches to promote long-term care insurance system.
