摘  要:为了实现煤矿综采工作面涌水自动化复用,以大柳塔煤矿52505综采工作面为例,从矿井机电运营角度出发,通过分析采面地质条件,基于水净化硐室及配套设备、矿井已有供排水系统及自动化监控系统,设计安装了供排水管路、电动阀、自动化监控设备,并重新开发编写了自动化控制程序。通过上述一系列设计方案的实施,大柳塔煤矿52505综采工作面日均约400m^3/h的涌水量得到有效控制,并实现了自动化复用于生产。自2016年8月该系统运行以来,减少排水运行人员6人/d,节约排水电费150万元/a,减少污水处理费用288万元/a,减少了设备因水质差更换备件费用约60万元/月。上述结果表明,大柳塔煤矿52505综采工作面涌水自动化复用的设计与应用,为矿井安全治水、低耗排水,高质、稳定供水,提供了可行的途径,为矿井运营创造了巨大的经济效益,对社会环保有积极参考价值。In order to realize the automatic reuse of water inflow in the full-mechanized mining face of coal mine,taking the 52505 full-mechanized mining face of Daliuta Coal Mine as an example,starting from aspects of mine electromechanical operation,through analyzing mining face's geological condition,based on the water purification chamber and corollary equipment,existing water supply and drainage system and automatic monitoring system,water supply and drainage pipelines,electric valves,monitoring devices of automatic equipment are designed and installed,and automatic control program is re-developed and compiled.Through the installation of the above series of design scheme,daily average water inflow-about 400 m3/hour of the 52505 full-mechanized mining face in Daliuta Coal Mine has been effectively controlled,and the automatic reuse of water for production has been realized.Since the new developed system has been launched in August 2016,the number of people operating the drainage operation has been reduced by 6 persons per day,the electricity consumption for drainage has been reduced by 1.5 million per year,the sewage treatment cost has been diminished by 2.88 million per year,and the cost of replacing the equipment due to poor water quality has been decreased by 0.6 million per month.These remarkable achievements indicate that the design and application of the automatic water reuse of the 52505 full-mechanized mining face in Daliuta Coal Mine offers a practical option for sate watercontrol,low consumption drainage and water-supply with stability and quality for the coal mines,and it also creates huge economic benefits for mines'operation,which has a reference value for the social environmental.
