摘　　要：为了支持货车车辆转向架的检修与维护,综合考虑转向架的结构特点和检修工艺流程,采用虚拟现实、多媒体和仿真等技术,研究转向架的各个部件的装配关系及拆装顺序,对模型进行格式转化,制作各零部件交互式拆装动画,将其嵌入虚拟仿真平台网页中,提供可视化的平台,从而设计开发出用于货车检修系统职工进行培训学习的转向架虚拟交互平台,实现结构信息自由式查阅和模型部件交互式拆装操作。In order to support the overhaul and maintenance of the bogies of freight cars,we comprehensively consider the structural characteristics and overhaul process of bogies,adopt the virtual reality,multimedia and simulation technology,study the assembly relation and disassembly sequence of parts of bogies,carry out the format transformation of themodel,make interactive dismantle and assemble animation of all parts,and embed it in the webpage of virtual simulation platform,and provide a visual platform,so as to design and develop a bogie virtual interactive platformfor the training and learning of the staffof freight carmaintenance system,and realize the free access to structural information and interactive dismantle and assemble operation of thepartsof themodel.
