放散式冲击波对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛症状及预后的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨放散式冲击波对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛症状及预后的改善作用。方法随机选取2014年5月—2016年5月该院康复医学科门诊收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者80例,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为单独放散式冲击波治疗组(单独治疗组,n=40)和放散式冲击波联合循经取穴治疗组(联合治疗组,n=40)两组,对两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分、临床疗效进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者治疗前后的VAS评分分别为(7.3±1.4)分、(2.0±0.3)分,单独治疗组患者治疗前后的VAS评分分别为(7.1±1.3)分、(4.0±0.6)分。和治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.303,P<0.05),而联合治疗组患者的降低幅度显著高于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.182,P<0.05);联合治疗组患者治疗的总有效率97.5%(39/40)显著高于单独治疗组85.0%(34/40),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.14,P<0.05)。结论在颈肩腰腿痛的治疗中,和单独放散式冲击波治疗相比,放散式冲击波联合循经取穴治疗更能对患者疼痛症状及预后进行有效改善。Objective To investigate the effect of diffused shock wave on pain symptoms and prognosis in patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain admitted to the hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly selected.According to the treatment,these patients were divided into separate diffused shock wave treatment group(single treatment group,n=40)and the release shock wave combined with the acupoint treatment group(combined treatment group,n=40),the VAS scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The VAS scores of the patients in the combined treatment group were(7.3±1.4)points and(2.0±0.3)points respectively.The VAS scores of the patients in the treatment group were(7.1±1.3)points and(4.0±0.6)points.Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,the different was statistically significant(t=4.303,P<0.05),while the reduction in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,the different was statistically significant(t=3.182,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 97.5%(39/40)significantly higher than that in the treatment group 85.0%(34/40),the different was statistically significant(χ2=11.14,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neck,shoulder,back and leg pain,compared with the separate release shock wave treatment,the release shock wave combined with acupoint acupoint treatment can effectively improve the patient's pain symptoms and prognosis.
