软骨环-软骨膜在糖尿病患者鼓室成形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨用耳屏软骨环-软骨膜在糖尿病患者行鼓膜成形术的疗效。方法回顾性分析该院1995年1月—2017年12月收治的30耳鼓膜穿孔伴有糖尿病患者采用自体耳屏软骨环-软骨膜行鼓膜成形术治疗鼓膜穿孔,并对手术方法及疗效进行分析。结果经12个月以上随访,24例患者鼓膜穿孔愈合率为80.0%。听力提高。术后骨气导差(10.13±6.01)dB,与术前(25.92±6.85)dB相比差异有统计学意义(t=18.752,P<0.01)。结论糖尿患者在治疗糖尿病的基础上行软骨环-软骨膜鼓室成形术是可行的、有效的。Objective To investigate the effect of tympanostomy-chondral membrane on tympanoplasty in diabetic patients.Methods Retrospective analysis of the department from Jauary 1995 to December 2017 30 ear tympanic membrane perforation with diabetes patients with autologous otoscope cartilage ring-perichondrion tympanoplasty for tympanic membrane perforation,and the surgical methods and efficacy were analyzed.Results After more than 12 months follow-up,the healing rate of tympanic membrane perforation was 80.0%in 24 patients.Hearing was improved.Postoperative bone conduction difference(10.13±6.01)dB was significantly different from preoperative(25.92±6.85)dB(t=18.752,P<0.01).Conclusion Diabetic people are feasible and effective in the treatment of diabetes based on cartilage ring-chondral tympanoplasty.
