摘　　要：目的探究艾滋病和梅毒患者预防知识知晓率调查及影响因素。方法研究对象为该院艾滋病咨询检测诊室于2016年6月—2017年6月确诊艾滋病和梅毒患者128例,综合设计调查表,对研究患者的一般人口学资料、艾滋病和梅毒预防知识知晓率情况进行调查分析。探讨艾滋病和梅毒预防知识知晓率及影响因素。结果所选取调查对象中共有87例患者未掌握艾滋病和梅毒患者预防知识,占67.97%。经过分析后发现在性别、学历、性取向、职业上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用Logistic回归方程将上述因素带入计算发现,上述情况均是引起艾滋病和梅毒患者相关预防知识未达标的影响因素。结论艾滋病和梅毒患者对其疾病相关知识了解程度匮乏,半数以上者未能掌握其相关知识,影响因素与性别、学历、性取向、职业,临床可针对性给予相关宣教,以减少性病发生率。Objective To investigate the awareness rate and influencing factors of prevention knowledge among patients with AIDS and syphilis.Methods The study subjects were diagnosed in the AIDS counseling and testing clinic of the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017.128 cases of AIDS and syphilis were diagnosed.The comprehensive design questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the general demographic data of the patients and the awareness rate of AIDS and syphilis prevention knowledge.Explore the awareness rate and influencing factors of AIDS and syphilis prevention knowledge.Results A total of 87 patients in the selected subjects did not have knowledge of prevention of AIDS and syphilis,accounting for 67.97%.After analysis,it was found that there were differences in gender,education,sexual orientation and occupation(P<0.05).Using Logistic regression equations to bring the above factors into the calculations,the above-mentioned conditions were the influencing factors that cause the relevant prevention knowledge of AIDS and syphilis patients to fail.Conclusion Patients with AIDS and syphilis have a poor understanding of their disease-related knowledge.More than half of them have not mastered their relevant knowledge,influencing factors and gender,education,sexual orientation,occupation,and clinically targeted education to reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases.
