骁悉联合皮质类固醇治疗狼疮性肾炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骁悉联合皮质类固醇治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的150例狼疮性肾炎患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组75例患者给予泼尼松治疗,观察组75例患者给予泼尼松联合骁悉治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后免疫学指标以及肾功能变化。结果两组患者临床疗效94.67%vs 60.00%对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=34.288 3,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者Cr、BuN水平(158.21±12.47)、(5.7±1.3)mmol/L,对照组患者Cr、BuN水平(175.24±13.27)、(8.5±1.6)mmol/L,两组均有所下降,但观察组患者更为明显,差异有统计学意义(t=6.060 9、8.802 1,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率0.00%vs 32.00%对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=38.095 2,P<0.05)。结论骁悉联合皮质类固醇治疗狼疮性肾炎临床疗效显著,可有效减轻肾组织炎症,改善肾功能,降低其他药物不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combined corticosteroids in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods A total of 150 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to the hospital January 2015 to January 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.75 patients in the control group were treated with prednisone.75 patients in the observation group were given prednisone combined with sputum treatment,and the clinical efficacy and immunological parameters and renal function changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was 94.67%vs 60.00%,which was statistically significant(χ2=34.288 3,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Cr and BuN in the observation group were(158.21±12.47)and(5.7±1.3)mmol/L.The levels of Cr and BuN in the control group were(175.24±13.27)and(8.5±1.6)mmol/L,both groups were decreased,but the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.060 9,8.802 1,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 0.00%vs 32.00%,which was statistically significant(χ2=38.095 2,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combined corticosteroids in the treatment of lupus nephritis is significant,which can effectively alleviate renal inflammation,improve renal function,and reduce the side effects of other drugs.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
