JCI标准下的护理干预在冠状动脉搭桥术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨JCI标准下的护理干预在冠状动脉搭桥术后患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2016年2月—2018年2月在该院行冠状动脉搭桥手术患者64例,根据随机数字表法将患者均分为两组,对照组32例术后行常规护理,观察组32例术后在对照组护理基础上开展JCI标准下优质护理。比较两组护理后自我护理能力评分、疾病相关康复知识、治疗依从性和生活质量评分,并记录患者护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组护理后的自我护理能力评分[(89.28±4.88)分vs (81.37±4.21)分(t=7.364, P<0.01)]、疾病相关康复知识[(88.93±3.96)分vs(80.34±3.19)分(t=10.136, P<0.01)]、治疗依从性[(86.21±5.13)分vs (95.34±4.22)分(t=8.247,P<0.01)]和生活质量评分[(81.02±3.60)分vs(88.16±4.08)分(t=7.873,P<0.01)],均显著提高;观察组患者护理满意度较对照组有显著提高(97.22%vs 80.56%,P<0.01)。结论 JCI标准下优质护理在冠状动脉搭桥术后患者中的应用,可显著提高患者对疾病的了解、自我护理能力和治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention under JCI criteria in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods A total of 64 patients underwent coronary artery bypass surgery in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2018.The patients were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care after 32 cases.Thirty-two patients underwent quality care under the JCI standard on the basis of the control group.The post-nursing self-care ability scores,disease-related rehabilitation knowledge,treatment adherence,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups,and patient care satisfaction was recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the self-care ability scores of the observation group after treatment[(89.28±4.88)points vs(81.37±4.21)points(t=7.364,P<0.01)],disease-related rehabilitation knowledge[(88.93±3.96)points vs(80.34±3.19)points(t=10.136,P<0.01)],treatment adherence[(86.21±5.13)points vs(95.34±4.22)points(t=8.247,P<0.01)]and quality of life score[(81.02±3.60)points vs(88.16±4.08)points(t=7.873,P<0.01)],both significantly improved;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.22%vs 80.56%,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of quality nursing under the JCI standard in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting can significantly improve patients'understanding of disease,self-care ability and treatment compliance,improve patients'quality of life,and improve patient care satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
