摘  要:目的探究并分析高压静脉注射造影剂引起药液外渗的护理体会。方法方便选取该医院2016年4月—2018年2月临床上进行CT增强高压静脉注射造影剂的患者共计98例,观察患者的注射造影剂后的现象,并进行相应的护理。结果 98例患者中,有8例患者出现药物外渗的情况,占8.16%。对8例患者药物外渗原因进行分析,其中最多的是血管选择不当,占50.00%(4/8),其次是患者自身因素,占25.00%(2/8),然后是固定不良,占12.50%(1/8)。8例外渗组与90例非外渗组进行比较,发现在基础合并症和注射血管位置方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过高压静脉注射造影剂时,进行早期预防护理措施,可以防止药液外渗;一旦出现药液外渗,要及时进行治疗和护理,防止疾病加重。Objective To explore and analyze the nursing experience of high pressure intravenous injection of contrast agent to induce extravasation of liquid medicine.Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent CT-enhanced high-pressure intravenous injection of contrast agents from April 2016 to February 2018 in the hospital were conveniently selected.The phenomenon of post-contrast injection was observed and the corresponding nursing was carried out.Results Of the 98 patients,8 patients developed drug extravasation,accounting for 8.16%.The causes of drug extravasation were analyzed in 8 patients,the most of which was improper blood vessel selection,accounting for 50.00%(4/8),followed by the patient's own factors,accounting for 25.00%(2/8),followed by poor fixation,accounting for 12.50%(1/8).Comparing the 8 cases in the osmotic group with 90 non-extravasation group,it was found statistically significant differences in the underlying comorbidities and the location of the injected vessels(P<0.05).Conclusion When high-pressure intravenous injection of contrast agent,early preventive and nursing measures can prevent extravasation of the drug solution;once the drug solution is extravasated,timely treatment and care should be taken to prevent the disease from aggravating.
