摘　　要：从氧化应激、炎症反应和营养不良3方面探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)骨骼肌自噬过表达的原因,阐述运动介导自噬对COPD骨骼肌功能障碍的作用机制,旨在为运动防治COPD骨骼肌功能障碍提供新的研究思路和指导。To explore the reasons of overexpression of autophagy in skeletal muscle of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)from the perspectives of oxidative stress,inflammatory response and malnutrition,and to elaborate the mechanism of action of exercise induced autophagy on COPD skeletal muscle dysfunction,in order to provide new research ideas and guidance for exercise prevention and treatment of COPD skeletal muscle dysfunction.
