中医肿瘤专科护士培训方案指标体系的构建

摘　　要：[目的]构建科学、有效、合理的中医肿瘤专科护士培训方案指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法对13位专家进行两轮专家咨询,采用优序图法计算一级指标权重,采用组合权重表示二级、三级指标权重。[结果]专家权威系数为0.851,熟悉程度系数为0.923,判断依据系数为0.780。专家协调系数三级指标分别为0.490,0.452,0.400。最终确立中医护理知识、中医肿瘤专科护理知识、职业发展技能、专业技能4个一级指标、10个二级指标、35个三级指标。[结论]构建科学、有效的中医肿瘤专科护士培训方案指标体系,对培养中医肿瘤专科护士具有重要意义。Objective:To construct a scientific,effective and reasonable training program index system for TCM tumor specialist nurses.Methods:Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation for 13 experts.The first level index weight was calculated by the method of priority sequence diagram.The second level and third level index weights were expressed by combination weights.Results:The coefficient of expert authority was 0.851,the coefficient of familiarity degree was 0.923,and the coefficient of judgement was 0.780.Expert coordinations coefficients of three level indexes were 0.490,0.452,0.400.Finally,there were 4 first level index including TCM nursing knowledge,TCM cancer specialty nursing knowledge,career development skills and professional skills,10 two level indexes,and 35 three level indexes.Conclusions:It was of great significance to construct a scientific and effective training program index system for TCM tumor specialist nurses.
