本科护生希望对应对方式的影响:专业承诺的中介作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨本科护生专业承诺在希望与应对方式间的中介作用。[方法]采用成人希望特质量表、护理专业承诺量表和应对方式问卷对468名本科护生进行问卷调查。[结果]本科护生希望得分为21.56分±2.96分,专业承诺得分为86.94分±13.11分,成熟型应对方式得分为1.51分±0.26分,不成熟型应对方式得分为1.35分±0.72分,混合型应对方式得分为0.46分±0.23分。本科护生希望、专业承诺与成熟型应对方式呈正相关,与不成熟型应对方式呈负相关,而混合型应对方式与希望呈负相关;专业承诺在希望与成熟型应对方式之间存在部分中介效应,其中介效应值为0.17,占总效应的36.2%。[结论]本科护生希望对成熟型应对方式的影响可以通过专业承诺的部分中介效应来实现。Objective:To explore the mediating role of undergraduate nursing professional commitment in the hope and coping style.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 468 undergraduate nursing students by using the Adult Hope Quality Table,Nursing Professional Commitment Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results:Undergraduate nursing students hope score was 21.56±2.96,professional commitment score was 86.94±13.11,mature coping style score was 1.51±0.26,immature coping style score was 1.35±0.72,mixed coping style score was 0.46±0.23.Undergraduate nursing students′hope and professional commitment were positively correlated with mature coping style,and negatively correlated with immature coping style,while mixed coping style was negatively correlated with hope.Professional commitment existed between intermediary and mature coping style.Where the median effect value was 0.17,accounting for 36.2%of the total effect.Conclusions:The influence of undergraduate nursing students′hope on the mature coping style could be achieved through the partial mediation effect of professional commitment.
