摘　　要：综述了近年来聚乙烯吡咯烷酮复合水凝胶的物理和化学制备方法以及其应用研究进展,论述了其在组织工程、医疗诊断、人体组织器官修复或替换、药物和基因载体等方面的应用,并对其未来发展进行了展望。This work reviews the physical and chemical preparation methods of polyvinylpyrrolidone hydrogel.It has been widely used in diagnosing,repairing or replacing tissues and organs of human beings,and delivering drugs and gene fragments,and its recent applications in the area of tissue engineering.The future development of polyvinylpyrrolidone hydrogels is also prospected.
