摘 要:针对锅炉腔内壁上生成的碳酸盐、硫酸盐和硅酸盐等混合水垢,采用碱煮转化+酸洗相结合的方式进行化学清洗。结果表明,在50℃温度下,将混合水垢放入含量为0. 3%碳酸钠和1. 0%磷酸三钠的碱煮液中转化24 h;水冲洗后,用浓度0. 5 mol/L的锅炉除垢剂进行酸洗,水垢易被清除,并可得到满意的清洗效果,同时缩短了清洗时间,降低了清洗成本。Aimed at the mixed scale of carbonate,sulfate and silicate formed on the inner wall of the boiler chamber,the chemical cleaning was carried out by the combination of alkali boiling and conversion acid pickling.The results showed that:at 50℃,the mixed scale was put into the alkaline cooking solution containing 0.3%,sodium carbonate and 1.0%,trisodium phosphate for 24 h.After water washing,the scale was easily removed and a satisfactory cleaning effect was obtained by using the boiler scale remover with concentration of 0.5 mol/L.At the same time,the cleaning time is shortened and the cleaning cost is reduced.
