摘  要:以0、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%4种不同毕赤酵母甘露寡糖添加剂量的日粮饲喂妊娠后期和哺乳期间母猪,试验期为妊娠85 d~产后28 d。结果表明,母猪日粮中添加毕赤酵母甘露寡糖0.2%可以提高仔猪初生重和缩短母猪再次发情间隔,母猪添加毕赤酵母甘露寡糖可以提高仔猪断奶体重和哺乳期间仔猪的日增重,0.1%、0.2%、0.4%剂量的毕赤酵母甘露寡糖均能显著提高母猪分娩血清和初乳中IgG含量。The sows were supplemented with four types of diets with the Pichia Guilliermondii Mannan oligosac?charides(PGMOS)inclusion rate of 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.4%separately.Supplementation started in late pregnancy(85d)and continued throughout lactation of 28 days.The results showed that birth weight,piglets weaning weight,average daily gain of suckling piglets and interval from weaning to re-mating were improved significantly with 0.2%inclusion rate of PGMOS supplemented in sows.IgG level in sows serum and colostrum were higher in 0.1%,0.2%,0.4%PG?MOS treatments compared with control group.
